Access to and use of this site (‘greenbag.ie’)
is provided by T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd Ltd subject to the following
terms:
1. By using greenbag.ie you agree to be legally bound by
these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your
first use of greenbag.ie. If you do not agree to be legally
bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or
use greenbag.ie.

images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating
to T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd Limited, its products and services
(or to third party products and services), is provided "AS
IS" and on an "IS AVAILABLE" basis without
any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether
express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law,
including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality,
fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility,
security and accuracy.
6. Under no circumstances will T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd Limited
be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether
such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):
(a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits;
(c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss
of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered
by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special
or exemplary damages arising from the use of greenbag.ie

in greenbag.ie content will be uninterrupted or error free,
that defects will be corrected, or that greenbag.ie or the
server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

are subject to copyright, design rights and trade marks
of T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd Limited and/or third parties. Nothing
contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring
by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right
to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright
of T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd Limited, or any other third party.
If you breach these Terms of Use:
If you fail to abide by these Rules (and/or any variations
in the relevant local house rules) when using greenbag.ie,
you will be sent an e-mail which informs you. This mail
will also include a warning that continuing to break the
rules may result in action being taken against your account
or accounts.
This action may include your relevant account or accounts
being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent
suspension of your ability to use greenbag.ie.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere
on or to greenbag.ie or otherwise engage in any disruptive
behaviour on greenbag.ie, and T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd considers
such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd may use whatever information that is available to
it about you to stop any further such infringements. This
may include informing relevant third parties such as your
employer or email provider about the infringement/s.
T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd reserves the right to delete any information,
or take action against any account, at any time, for any
reason.
Changes to Service
T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd reserves the right to modify, change
or discontinue greenbag.ie or any feature at any time without
notice. You agree that T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd is not liable
to you or to any third party as a result of any such action.
T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd invites Users to make suggestions for
ways that greenbag.ie can be improved. If you make a suggestion,
then you authorize T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd to use the idea and
to publish your name in connection with the submission.
T.S.O'Connor & Son Ltd does not compensate for the use or publication
of such submissions.
General
12. If there is any conflict between these terms and specific
terms appearing elsewhere on greenbag.ie then the latter
shall prevail.
13. If any of these terms are determined to be illegal,
invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws
of any state or country in which these terms are intended
to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction
in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable,
it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the
remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and
effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
14. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with Irish law and current legislation.
